16 - Cycling marathon Lake Tour

Start is like all routes of the Kufsteinerland Cycling Marathon on the Upper Town Square in Kufstein. First you take the moderate ascent to Vorderthiersee, which is ideal for warming up the calves. Inspired by the view at the Thiersee, the route climbs up to Hinterthiersee. Looks steep, it is too!
Also the piece downhill from Hinterthiersee to Schmiedtal is a ripsnorter. Technically demanding, the entire concentration is required. Once you have reached the Inn Valley again, it goes wavy to Kramsach. The riders of the cycling marathon turn right to Brandenberg, meanwhile one himself proposes the way back first in the direction of Rattenberg and then Kundl. On the Innradweg it goes briskly. In Breitenbach the speedy driving comes to a sudden end. Here is another small climb up to Angerberg waiting for you. Back down to Angath and on to Kirchbichl to master the penultimate, short but crisp climb to Bad Häring. The legs get only half break, as it goes to the Schwoich again wavy there to turn shortly after the center on the left to Örlach. The descent is again technical before you start in the final sprint on the B171 and the Inndamm to Kufstein.
